Safeguarding Lead: Grant Parry. Deputy Safeguarding Lead: Claudia Niamh Evan-Jones. The board retains collective oversight.

Email safeguarding@thehwbco.com. Include only the information needed to identify the concern and immediate risk. Do not use the general contact form for a detailed safeguarding disclosure.
If the concern involves the Lead
A concern involving the Safeguarding Lead must be handled by the Deputy Safeguarding Lead or another non-conflicted director through an agreed confidential route.
Immediate danger
This website is not an emergency service. Contact 999 where someone is in immediate danger. Information may be shared without consent where necessary to protect someone from harm or meet a legal responsibility.
Delivery controls
Before activity, supervision, professional boundaries, venue arrangements, emergency procedures, communication, recording, online platforms and relevant suitability checks should be agreed and proportionate to risk.
